Looking back on it all now, 70 years of distorted reality, I cannot describe the immense relief it is to plant my feet on firm ground right out of bed each morning . . . and that I don’t even give it a thought that I ‘just did that,’ fully aware and eager to embrace of the day’s agenda!
It’s been almost a year since I came upon this miraculous wonder that rescued me in this last chapter of my life – just in time to recognize I actually HAD been on the planet all along! It took about two weeks for this ‘little diddy’ to kick in and I’ve been trying to play ‘catch up’ ever since . . . and have the wherewithal to do it!

Don’t give up after only a few days, it takes time for the internal healing to happen. And be patient with yourself as things change and reasoning becomes clearer; your whole life – like mine did – could take on a whole new perspective and meaning; often I am still stunned at the paradigm shifts in all aspects of my life as I learn to discover ME and BE ME freely!
